In “AI Demonic,” Paul Kingsnorth argues that demonic forces prowl about in AI technology. I believe Kingsnorth’s writing on the topic has opened a broader and better horizon for thinking through AI and explain why in a Mere Orthodoxy which draws upon two sources: (1) the words (and dreams) of the AI creators and users as well as (2) the words of our Creator as revealed in the Scriptures.
